Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Publicis Media. As a key member of our Italian market expansion team, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the strategic reflection of small and medium business activity in the Italian market;
  • Conduct B2B commercial prospecting in Italian;
  • Sourcing and acquisition of candidates through various channels;
  • Negotiation and preparation of commercial proposals;
  • Translation of marketing materials into Italian;
  • Development of commercial materials and communication strategies;
  • New client acquisition and onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong commercial flair;
  • At least 6 years of successful experience in prospecting and business development;
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus);
  • Autonomous and proactive, with a passion for e-commerce.
