Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Salomon. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the brand to achieve significant sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and promote the brand to achieve significant sales targets
  • Ensure an exceptional consumer experience at assigned accounts and OMNI channel touch points
  • Build partnerships with key specialty sporting goods retailers by developing joint plans to serve the consumer that benefit both Salomon and the retailer

Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in sales with a strong Sporting Goods expertise
  • Communication and Presentation skills
  • Sell Through Activation In Store and Events
  • Retail Maths and analytical skills
  • Negotiation and solution-selling, managing objections

Additional Information:

This is a fixed-term contract until 28.02.2026, full-time position, field-based in Italy, with a preferred area of Milano.
