About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Publicis Italy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy within the Italian small and medium business market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the strategic development of our small and medium business activity in the Italian market.
  • Conduct B2B commercial prospecting in Italian, leveraging phone, email, and LinkedIn channels.
  • Sourcing and acquisition of candidates through various channels.
  • Negotiation and preparation of commercial proposals.
  • Translation of website content, templates, and other materials into Italian.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial materials and communication tools.
  • Acquisition and onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong commercial acumen.
  • At least 6 years of successful experience in prospecting and business development.
  • Fluency in English, with French being a plus.
  • Autonomous and proactive, with a passion for e-commerce.
