Business Development Manager

At CAP INGELEC, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to reinforce our Italian team in sales development. As a key member of our Business Division, you will be responsible for developing our offers and building the right sales strategy with high added value for our customers.
Your main tasks will be:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetical, Food and Wine, and Spirit industries.
- Manage and develop your network and business development activities to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct negotiations with our business leads or customers to identify all the issues involved in the project and ensure successful project implementation.
- Work closely with our Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality projects.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have strong skills in business plan organization and negotiation. You will be proactive, autonomous, and organized, with strong interpersonal skills to enjoy multicultural teamwork. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a good level in French being a plus.
