Job Overview

RDL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing accounts, communicating with customers, and overseeing sales and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and account expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and account expansion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Creativity and strategic thinking
  • Experience in the entertainment industry a plus
