Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Manager to contribute to Adevinta 2021's business growth in the Italian market. As part of the InfoJobs Corporate Sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring and developing new clients in the regions of northern Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing territorial strategies for the acquisition and development of new customers through the sale of digital and human recruiting services and solutions.
- Building strong relationships between customers and the company by establishing regular communication channels.
- Staying ahead of the competition by continuously understanding customer needs and developing strategies to meet those needs.
- Managing communication between customers and internal teams to improve the user experience.
- Contributing to the development of strategies to improve actual results and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiating contracts with prospects in compliance with company sales regulations and ensuring timely delivery of services by the team.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers, with a strong focus on sales and business development.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Flexible, proactive, and independent attitude towards problem-solving.
- Fluent in English (mainly read and spoken).
- Keen to travel for work.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field.
