Job Description

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager plays a vital role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, formulating strategic plans, and negotiating budgets with partners. This involves conducting market analysis and competitor assessment to contribute to new product creation. The role requires coordinating tailored training programs, commercial plans, and fostering partnerships to animate business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Development/Prospecting:
    • Identify and propose development opportunities
    • Propose and build up commercial and key leverage plans according to pre-defined objectives
    • Participate in developing and negotiating annual business development plans and budgets with partners
    • Conduct exploratory market studies to identify development opportunities
    • Gather information on existing contracts and financial conditions of partners
    • Contribute to the presentation/formalisation of offers to potential partners in accompanying CACI teams
    • Develop reporting on activities carried out and performances achieved
  • Market/Product Watch:
    • Provide key contribution to the new product creation process
    • Analyse competitors, playing a permanent role in strategic watch
    • Identify distribution channels, partners, and potential service providers
  • Relationship with Partners:
    • Oversee and develop the relationship with Partners on all aspects of collaboration
    • Assess partners' regional results and develop tailored annual training programmes
    • Perform training on processes and products to partner networks and territorial managers
    • Propose commercial plans to territorial areas, territorial managers, and branches
    • Develop and plan business training schedule, coordinating training sections with Partners
    • Perform Partner oversight
    • Monitor business results
    • Advise bank insurance specialists in managing medical subscriptions and ensuring prompt customer assistance after sale
    • Select CAI inquires to facilitate CACI Dublin response as required
    • Monitor CACI Dublin and CAI Italy processes to ensure timely and effective support to the partners network

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and partnership management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
