About the Role

The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for developing long-term business relationships with key customers, creating unique sales propositions, and identifying new opportunities to grow the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the life sciences sector
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and present business proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote the company and its products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role, preferably in the life sciences sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong results orientation and ability to work independently
  • Deep understanding of the life sciences market and technologies
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events
