Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager

At CAP INGELEC, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to reinforce our Italian team in sales development. As a key member of our Business Division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local players in the Datacenter, Critical utilities, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetical, Food, and Wine and Spirit industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage and develop a network of business contacts and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct negotiations with business leads and customers to identify and address project issues and secure contracts.
  • Collaborate with our Delivery department to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a Business or Engineering school with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Business Development.
  • Strong skills in business plan organization and negotiation.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with a good level of French a plus.
