Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager

At CAP INGELEC, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to reinforce our Italian team in sales development. As a key member of our Business Division, you will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Manage and develop business relationships with key customers and partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for future growth

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Business or Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with a good level of French
