Business Development Manager

At CAP INGELEC, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to reinforce our Italian team in sales development. As a key member of our Business Division, you will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and develop business relationships with key customers and partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for future growth
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Business or Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Italian and English, with a good level of French
