Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at BD. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase awareness and adoption of our medical technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and allied healthcare professionals to develop educational content and materials to support business development.
  • Train and coach sales teams on new product indications and applications.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement peer-to-peer preceptorship programs, centers of excellence, and clinical symposia to drive business growth.
  • Provide written reports and feedback to senior management on product/market/competitor trends.
About You
  • Minimum 6 years of clinical/market development experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathologies.
  • Advanced degree in a Life Science or equivalent experience in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record in medical device sales and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to analyze market and sales trends.
