Job Description

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, formulating strategic plans, and negotiating budgets with partners. This involves conducting market analysis and competitor assessments to contribute to new product creation. The role requires coordinating tailored training programs, commercial plans, and fostering partnerships to animate business relationships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Commercial Development/Prospecting
    • Identify and propose development opportunities
    • Develop and negotiate annual business development plans and budgets with partners
    • Conduct exploratory market studies to identify development opportunities
    • Gather information on existing contracts and financial conditions of partners
  • Market/Product Watch
    • Contribute to new product creation process
    • Analyze competitors and play a permanent role in strategic watch
    • Identify distribution channels, partners, and potential service providers
  • Relationship with Partners
    • Oversee and develop relationships with partners on all aspects of collaboration
    • Assess partners' regional results and develop tailored annual training programs
    • Perform training on processes and products to partner networks and territorial managers
    • Propose commercial plans to territorial areas, territorial managers, and branches
  • Distribution Network Training
    • Organize, manage, and coordinate training sessions to partners, in accordance with regulatory guidelines
    • Develop and deliver training materials for various scopes
    • Coordinate and conduct training sessions
    • Collaborate with distributors and external providers to build and deliver online training modules

Additional Responsibilities

  • Monitor business results
  • Advises bank insurance specialists in managing medical subscriptions and ensuring prompt customer assistance after sale
  • Select CAI inquiries to facilitate CACI Dublin response as required
  • Monitor CACI Dublin and CAI Italy processes to ensure timely and effective support to the partners network
