About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Zeb. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to transform and improve business operations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a consulting firm, in-house consulting, or strategy department of a leading company.
  • Deep knowledge of the insurance industry, with a focus on the Italian and European markets.
  • Top university degree in economics or engineering, with a strong academic record.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with German as a plus.
