Noi siamo alla ricerca di un Direttore Strategico per la Business Development che possa aiutarci a plasmare il futuro dell'assicurazione. Sei tu il candidato ideale per questo ruolo?

Le tue responsabilità

In questo ruolo, ti occuperai della definizione della strategia di miglioramento continuo ed efficientamento per le operazioni di vendita e postvendita per il canale online. Collaborerai con i team di sviluppo e prodotto per lo sviluppo di nuovi progetti. Ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

  • Definizione e gestione di progetti cross-funzionali atti alla realizzazione della strategia di miglioramento continuo ed efficientamento dei processi;
  • Definizione delle strategie commerciali e loro monitoraggio (calcolo impatti, ROI, ecc);
  • Ideazione e roll out di progetti innovativi a valore aggiunto per il business;
  • Monitoraggio e ottimizzazione delle performance del team.

Le tue qualità

Per questo ruolo, stiamo cercando un candidato con almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza in consulenza strategica, o in startup/aziende in forte crescita. Devi avere un mind-set positivo, responsabilità e proattività. Devi essere aperto all'apprendimento, pragmatismo e orientamento al risultato. Devi avere ottime competenze su MS Excel e Tableau. Un ottimo livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese è necessario.
