About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Publicis Media. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial growth and expansion within the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in strategic planning and development of business growth initiatives in the Italian market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted commercial prospecting and outreach.
  • SOURCE and acquire new clients through various channels, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Negotiate and prepare commercial proposals to secure new business deals.
  • Translate marketing materials and content into Italian to support our local business efforts.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial materials and communication strategies to support business growth.
  • Acquire and onboard new clients to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong commercial acumen.
  • You possess at least 6 years of successful experience in business development and commercial growth.
  • You are fluent in English and have a strong understanding of e-commerce principles.
  • You are autonomous, proactive, and enjoy taking on new challenges.
