Sales Account Manager for Fragrance Solutions

Job Summary: Drive profitable sales growth and expand IFF market share in Italy by identifying customer needs and opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting relevant fragrance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for a portfolio of customers in Italy with assigned sales budgets.
  • Understand market and customer environments, customer activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Develop customer intimacy plans and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Contribute to commercial negotiations and identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of sales experience in the fragrance industry or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemicals or Chemical Engineering.
  • Fluent in Italian and Business English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
