Job Description

LVMH Fragrance Brands, at the forefront of the fragrance industry, brings together the expertise of Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums to create high-end, bold fragrance and beauty products. As a sales professional in this dynamic environment, you will be inspired by the couture heritage and entrepreneurial spirit of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving specific sell-out and sell-in targets for the Triveneto territory.
  • Leverage relationships and negotiations with retailers to implement marketing and commercial plans, ensuring the right economic impact and ROI.
  • Supervise the implementation of trade marketing plans and provide monthly reporting and dashboards on retail & product sales KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business-related positions (Trade Marketing, Sales) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics.
  • Communicative, proactive team-player with high reliability and integrity.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to prioritize.
