About the Role:
Sensient Technologies is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Personal Care and Specialties Market team in South Europe. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating opportunities and driving growth in the territory, working closely with our distributors and customers to develop and implement strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers
• Develop and implement territory plans to drive growth and expansion
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and territory progress

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in personal care and home care products
• Strong knowledge of the personal care and cosmetics industry
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
