Sensient Technologies is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Personal & Home Care business in South Europe. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for visiting customers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal to create opportunities and deploy necessary actions to secure growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a distributor, keeping them updated on all our activity, conducting joint meetings with their main customers, and providing up-to-date training.
  • Establish strategies for growth and maintain distributor challenged and yet satisfied.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support and ensure success.
  • Report timely manner on common platforms used and communicate accordingly with our different support services.

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years successful experience in B2B technical sales (personal/home care, chemicals, etc.) that reflects high productivity of measurable results.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian (minimum one fluent and another intermediate/conversational).
  • Drive and passion to win in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
