Sensient Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to join its Personal & Home Care business.

This role will be responsible for visiting customers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal to create opportunities and deploy necessary actions to secure growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic approach to developing and winning business, being savvy at selling highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience.

The Sales Account Manager will also manage a distributor, keeping them updated on all Sensient activity, conducting joint meetings with their main customers, and providing up-to-date training.

The successful candidate will have a BS degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in B2B technical sales.

The drive and passion to win in a dynamic and fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

The Sales Account Manager will work cross-functionally with the R&D, Commercial, Operational, and Service teams, and have the opportunity to develop and grow within an international Group at business unit level, or outside within the other divisions.
