We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong business acumen, sales, and people management skills. You will lead a team of Account Managers working with Hardlines advertisers to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and work with the team to achieve revenue targets and organizational goals
  • Dive deep into client needs, gather feedback, and identify solutions to improve their advertising experience with Amazon Advertising
  • Develop the team's sales skills, business acumen, and ability to generate innovative insights
  • Engage with clients during negotiations and represent business results to Amazon Advertising's leadership team
  • Hire and develop a world-class team
  • Conduct resource management, capacity planning, and account allocation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience
  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising or client-facing roles, with 2+ years of experience in people management
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • High-level analytical abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and deliver results in loosely defined situations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous people management experience in the industry
  • Master's degree
