We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager (f/m/d) with 10 years of relevant experience to join our team in Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Key Accounts strategies to influence and maximize profitable NXP sales at leading Industrial Automotive customers in Italy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Electronic / Semiconductor products in the Automotive /or Industrial environment and their usage in these fields. They will also have a proven track record of success in a challenging business environment and be able to maintain technical expertise/competence with the ever-changing technology.

The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing Key Accounts strategies to influence and maximize profitable NXP sales at leading Industrial Automotive customers in Italy.
  • Identifying concrete areas of cooperation working with NXP experts and translating these into contracts which will be negotiated towards a win-win outcome with customers.
  • Developing appropriate system proposals and driving new product definition together with customers and NXP Business Lines.
  • Understanding customer's vision and strategy, opportunities and issues, short and long term, and establishing and developing strategic relationships within the account at all management levels.

The Senior Key Account Manager will be a key member of our EMEA Sales Organization and will work closely with our sales and field application engineering teams to drive business growth and success.
