We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join our EMEA Sales Organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing Key Accounts strategies to influence and maximize profitable NXP sales at leading Industrial & Automotive customers in Italy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Electronic / Semiconductor products in the Automotive &/or Industrial environment and their usage in these fields. They will also have a proven track record of success in a challenging business environment and be able to maintain technical expertise/competence with the ever-changing technology.

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying concrete areas of cooperation working with NXP experts and "translating" these into contracts which you will negotiate towards a win-win outcome with your customers.

You will also be responsible for developing appropriate system proposals, driving new product definition together with the customer and the respective NXP Business Lines, and understanding the customer's vision and strategy, opportunities and issues, short and long term.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in both Italian and English and be a team player in a global and multi-cultural environment.
