About the Role:

As a Senior Account Manager at Ogury, you will be responsible for partnering with Sales to determine client campaign objectives and crafting insights-driven RFP responses. Your expertise in digital media and managed/programmatic campaigns will be crucial in driving campaign success and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with Sales to determine client campaign objectives and crafting insights-driven RFP responses.
  • Liaising with AdOps, Insights, Design, and other internal departments to ensure campaign success.
  • Providing insightful reporting for pre- and post-sale presentations to drive retention and continued account growth.
  • Identifying upselling opportunities and working directly with Sales teams to drive incremental revenue.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service by providing timely deliverables and managing client expectations.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven understanding of digital media, managed and programmatic campaigns. Ideally, you will have experience in Account Management, Media Planning, Digital Media, and/or Client Services, with a strong technical aptitude and excellent communication and presentation skills.
