Senior Account Manager - A Perfect Match for Deliveroo's Ambitious Restaurant Partners
The Senior Account Manager role at Deliveroo is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the growth of our most important restaurant partners. As a seasoned account manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our top brands, understanding their business goals and challenges, and providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and profitability. Collaborating with internal teams, you will develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners' needs, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities. If you are passionate about building relationships, have a strong understanding of business challenges, and are fluent in Italian and English, this role is perfect for you. Key requirements include at least 3 years of experience in account management and/or consulting, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and a Master's Degree in Economy.
