Job Title: Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions to clients
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • University degree in Economics, Marketing, or Sales
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong network in the Consumer and Fragrance Market
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop successful client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
