Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager at Groupe iliad, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within our customer base, as well as identifying new opportunities in prospect accounts. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all client requirements are met, and that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to increase monthly consumption of our solutions
  • Create and innovate prospecting techniques to stay ahead of the curve
  • Enrich and maintain our Salesforce database to ensure seamless processes
  • Collaborate with Marketing, BDRs, and Sales Solutions Architects to provide the best customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Provide regular reports to management on key account activity and performance
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide adapted solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with the Marketing team to develop strategies to win new business
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales role
  • Proven experience in the Tech Industry, specifically in Cloud, software/SaaS, and IT services companies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with a third language a plus
Nice to Have:
  • Results-oriented and hunting mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
  • Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other Sales tech stack

This position is based in our offices in Milan, Italy.
