For Groupe iliad, we are seeking a professional to fill the role of a Sales Account Manager.

As a Sales Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to nurture and expand key client relationships within our customer portfolio while also identifying new business prospects. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that all client needs are addressed, providing exceptional service at all times.

The Sales Account Manager will be tasked with prospecting target accounts and managing a diverse portfolio throughout the complete sales cycle to enhance service usage. Specifically, your duties will include:

Overseeing a portfolio of clients (full sales cycle) to boost monthly service utilization Innovating and refining prospecting strategies to stay ahead in the market Maintaining and enriching the Salesforce Database for streamlined operations Working alongside Marketing, BDRs, and Sales Solutions Architects to deliver optimal customer experiences Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients Providing management with regular updates on key account activities and performance metrics (pipeline generation, velocity, and capacity to negotiate complex business agreements) Engaging closely with clients to comprehend their business needs and offer tailored solutions Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with the Marketing team to devise strategies for acquiring new clients Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of our products and services

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Demonstrated experience in the Technology sector (Cloud, software/SaaS, and IT services) Ability to recognize your strengths and areas for improvement in sales, with a clear vision of how they interconnect Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities A passion for continuous learning and collaboration with colleagues A curiosity and enthusiasm for the future of cloud technology Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

Results-driven mindset with a passion for surpassing targets and driving revenue growth Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales technology tools
