We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our team in Italy. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving large-scale sales opportunities, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build a sustainable customer base by creating sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Work closely with marketing professionals to create impactful materials and leverage existing assets.
  • Research customers' needs to understand and emphasize the value proposition of Quadient's products.
  • Create compelling sales proposals and presentations, both in person and virtually.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate resources within Quadient.
  • Tailor solutions to meet the business needs of our clients in collaboration with pre-sales teams.

Profile:

  • Experience in direct sales of software and/or SaaS solutions, preferably with knowledge of the CCM/CX software/market.
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers at various levels.
  • Ability to develop strategic and sustainable client relationships.
  • Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen.
  • Dynamic presentation skills to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
