We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive company growth.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and collaborating with other departments to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to optimize their performance and professional development
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Oversee sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies and initiatives
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chief Sales Officer or in a similar senior sales leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for sales planning and decision-making
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities and drive innovation

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer private health insurance and other benefits. If you are passionate about sales and looking for a challenging opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
