The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to spearhead our expansion into the Italian market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and accelerating the growth of our field sales across Italy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective field sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of payment consultants.
  • Drive exceptional performance and results by setting and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives by acting as a vital link between internal teams and the field.
  • Support the partnership team to maximize sales opportunities and align their efforts with the overall sales strategy.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven background working in the card payment sector.
  • Experience in field sales management or consulting.
  • A track record of successfully executing sales strategies in high-competition markets.
  • Motivational leadership skills to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • A commitment to spending the majority of working time in Italy, supporting the sales region and enabling the success of the sales team.
