Sales Director for IT Solutions

About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our IT sales team in driving business growth and expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team of 20 people
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Foster a sales culture that aligns with company values and promotes teamwork and collaboration
- Identify and target middle-sized companies for new business opportunities
- Serve as a liaison between headquarters and branch operations to facilitate smooth transactions and support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives
- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies
- Lead high-level negotiations with key clients and stakeholders to secure optimal sales outcomes
About You:
- Previous experience in a sales role within a Reseller environment with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong people management skills and experience leading and coaching a sales team
- Excellent understanding of telesales operations in the B2B context
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of the IT market, including trends, products, and customer needs

- A competitive estimated salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
