About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our IT sales team in driving business growth and expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team of 20 people
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Foster a sales culture that aligns with company values and promotes teamwork and collaboration
  • Identify and target middle-sized companies for new business opportunities
  • Serve as a liaison between headquarters and branch operations to facilitate smooth transactions and support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives
  • Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies
  • Lead high-level negotiations with key clients and stakeholders to secure optimal sales outcomes

About You:

  • Previous experience in a sales role within a Reseller environment with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong people management skills and experience leading and coaching a sales team
  • Excellent understanding of telesales operations in the B2B context
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
  • Knowledge of the IT market, including trends, products, and customer needs
