As we expand rapidly across Europe, we are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Sales & Distribution team in Italy as Regional Sales Director.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales leader to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the Italian market. As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key partnerships with private banks and wealth managers, expanding Titanbay's market presence, and overseeing our operations and strategy in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan focused on delivering Assets Under Management (AUM) at scale, aligning with global objectives and ensuring seamless execution across the region.
  • Identify and prospect new partnership opportunities, manage existing relationships, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Translate Titanbay's offerings into compelling proposals outlining benefits for our partners, fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to grow new and existing accounts with intermediaries, leveraging your expertise in asset management solutions and broader capabilities.
  • Analyze partner needs, provide timely and accurate reporting on pipeline activities, and maintain working knowledge of relevant regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience developing institutional client relationships with a successful track record of delivering AUM.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a regional team or division.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, highly motivated, and very organized, with a can-do attitude and desire to succeed in a fast-growth investment and technology company.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian, with ability to manage complex prospect and client requirements and support across internal channels.
  • Strong CRM discipline and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative and focused team environment.

Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
