The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector, with fluency in Italian (native) and English (fluent). German or French language skills are considered an asset.

As a Sales Director, you will drive the sales strategy, grow market share in Italy, and manage key relationships with distributors and retailers. You will develop and execute a sales plan to meet revenue targets and create market share in the Italian market.

Your responsibilities will include identifying and approaching potential clients, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring successful sales agreements. You will also represent Depesche at trade fairs and industry events, monitor sales performance, and provide feedback to senior management.
