**Job Title:** Global Sales Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving company growth and implementing a structured sales strategy in the Italian market.

Key responsibilities include taking full responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) performance in Italy, preparing and submitting annual budgets and monthly reports. The ideal candidate has an Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Automation with 10+ years of experience in the field, preferably in the sale of complex industrial goods.

A solid understanding of the Italian Industrial Market, combined with previous after-sales management experience within a structured international organisation, is highly preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
