**Job Title:** Enterprise Advertising Sales Director

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Advertising Sales Director to join our team at Taboola. As an Enterprise Advertising Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and managing long-term strategic partnerships with Tier I Brands and agencies across the Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business and manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate, addressing Enterprise Advertiser budgets and Agencies budgets.
  2. Understand clients' organization and offer multiple Taboola products to a given client by finding the right stakeholders for each product.
  3. Gain excellent understanding of digital technology, programmatic, video, and revenue ecosystem to be able to explain product benefits within this context.
  4. Work closely with your Sales Director to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  5. Coach and mentor sales team members.
  6. Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management.
  7. Work closely with our Account Managers to manage long-term relationships with our clients.
  8. Convey feedback from clients to Taboola's product team in regards to product development needs.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • 3-6 years in a key sales position, preferably selling solutions to Italy clients.
  • Significant experience in structuring and negotiating deals.
  • Such experience within the digital media space with major brands and agencies – a great advantage.
  • Experience independently build, pursue and close a large pipeline of leads.
  • Technologically Savvy – ability to learn what is needed to support deal's successful implementation and optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment and consistently learn, adapt, and develop.
  • Programmatic experience – necessary.
