Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling infrastructure and application software to Global 1000 clients.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Sell a portfolio of infrastructure and application software solutions to optimize and modernize enterprise systems.
  • Work closely with Field Marketing to develop prospects and events.
  • Lead sales campaigns with the extended team of Rocket sales engineers, marketing, and lab groups.
  • Ensure best-in-class customer sales satisfaction and reference-ability.
  • Meet revenue targets and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:



  • 8+ years of sales experience in solution software to Global 1000 clients.
  • Ability to adapt to situations, impeccable honesty, integrity, and ethics.
  • Proactive problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a sales culture that supports and rewards high achievers.
