Sales Director Italy

Celonis is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Land Sales team in Italy. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

The Role

The Sales Director will manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives and be responsible for:

  • Hiring, managing, and developing strong sales talent
  • Driving individual AE success and fostering a great team spirit
  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships
  • Supporting the team to partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
The Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
  • Proven experience working with Partners
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment
