About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial efforts in Italy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing commercial strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales growth and market share
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in leadership positions, ideally in off and on trade channels
- Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a highly competitive environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales organizations and build talent pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, accounts, and customers
- Prior experience in wine and spirits or luxury FMCG industries
