About the Role:
In Aws Emea Sarl (Italy Branch), we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise segment. As a critical member of our senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving growth within Enterprise accounts, leveraging your sales, management, and technical expertise to lead a team of Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue and market share while exceeding revenue targets
• Develop and execute against a set of goals, including customer references, support, and training
• Build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to further adoption of AWS services in the market
• Develop highly skilled Sales Teams and demonstrate a history of executing scalable programs across a volume of new and existing customers
• Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM Strategy to achieve Customer Outcomes
