Enterprise Sales Manager Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Italy. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving large-scale sales opportunities, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their business needs. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Build a sustainable customer base by creating sales opportunities through research, social business channels and personal relationships.
  2. Work with our marketing professionals to create impactful business materials and leverage existing digital assets.
  3. Research our customers' needs to understand and emphasize the value proposition of all Quadient products.
  4. Ensure you have full visibility of Quadient's value proposition, unique selling points and competitive advantages.
  5. Create compelling business proposals and presentations, both in person and virtually.
  6. Be our point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate resources within Quadient.
  7. Together with our Quadient's pre-sales teams, you will recommend solutions tailored to the business needs of our customers.

Requirements

  1. Experience in direct sales of software and/or SaaS solutions, ideally with knowledge of the CCM/CX software/market.
  2. Knowledge of the financial services sector and industry would be welcomed.
  3. Excellent business communication skills – ability to engage with diverse customers on different levels.
  4. Experience in developing strategic and sustainable client relationships.
  5. Strong business, financial and commercial acumen.
  6. Dynamic and engaging presentation skills.
  7. Fluent in English (both verbal and written skills).
