About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Italian Market Expansion Leader to join our team in Milano, Italy. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Italian market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, including SDRs, AEs, and Partner Managers, to achieve aggressive revenue targets in the Italian market.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue growth in Italy, leveraging your expertise in sales leadership, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders, to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales processes, improve sales efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a SaaS company, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, including sales process optimization, sales forecasting, and sales performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in English and native fluency in Italian, with excellent language skills to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a passion for driving business growth and expansion.
