About the Role:

  • Manage and grow the UGG ecosystem within field and medium key accounts of the assigned territory.
  • Build strong partnerships and develop strategic market and seasonal plans with the Head of Sales and regional retailers.
  • Ensure your team of Sales Executives reach their strategic and financial goals.
