About the Role:

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the Italian market. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • Relevant sales experience within FMCG or consumer goods brands
  • Strong understanding of the Italian market and its dynamics
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement of targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Native Italian language proficiency and good English language skills
