Sales Development Manager for Italian Market

Job Description:
The LEGO Group is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in Italy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of the Italian market.
About the Role:
As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the Italian market. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- Relevant sales experience within FMCG or consumer goods brands
- Strong understanding of the Italian market and its dynamics
- Proven track record of sales success and achievement of targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Native Italian language proficiency and good English language skills
