Job Summary

We are currently seeking a seasoned sales leader to helm the Aesthetics business in the Italian Market. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Italy, this key role demands strategic direction, leadership acumen, and a deep understanding of local market trends. As Head of Sales, you will spearhead sales management strategies, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective sales programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales programs to meet business objectives
  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND NETWORK
  • Design and develop strategies to plan and coordinate sales efforts
  • Evaluate, measure, and manage product/brand P&L (budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment)
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations
  • Manage budget allocation to ensure optimal ROI
  • Establish partnerships with alliance/channel/network partners
  • Maintain product/brand sales volumes and profit targets
Requirements
  • Masters degree or MBA equivalent
  • Strong experience in consumer or aesthetic businesses, including understanding of local industry landscape and trends
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken, at a professional level
  • Several years of management experience in the Italian Market
  • Analytical skills and ability to communicate complex issues effectively

Based on industry standards and market rates, we estimate a compensation package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
