Enterprise Sales Specialist for Italian Market

We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and driving sales leads for our products across the Italian market.
About the Role:
- Research and identify key stakeholders in the Italian market to generate interest and develop strong relationships.
- Set up demos and calls between prospective customers and our sales representatives.
- Support our Sales Executives in acquiring new customers through lead development and qualified sales opportunities.
- Develop a high-quality pipeline for our sales teams via lead generation and qualified appointments on a monthly basis.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian language skills, with English working proficiency.
- Driven individuals looking for their first or second position in sales.
- Ambitious, motivated, and performance-oriented professionals with the resilience to overcome objections.
- Aiming for a career in sales with a desire to grow with our team.
- Motivated by exceeding targets and performance measurement.
- Professional persistence, with the ability to think on your feet and make compelling introductions to prospects.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- On-going career development, training, and one-to-one coaching via our in-house enablement team.
- A hybrid working model, with 2/3 days spent on-site and the remainder working from home.
- A lucrative commission structure, company bonus, and benefits package.
- 22 days annual leave, with three extra days after 12 months of continuous service.
