**Senior Business Development Manager Opportunity in Milan**
We are seeking a driven and results-focused Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Italian market by building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Establishing new business relationships through targeted outreach and networking efforts.
- Identifying and addressing opportunities for foreign exchange and payment solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cold calling prospective clients and researching their business objectives to identify their foreign exchange and international payment requirements.
- Designing benefits-based solutions and action plans to demonstrate how we can best meet their needs.
- Establishing rapport and credibility with clients through effective communication and presentation of complex Forex solutions.
**Requirements:**
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high energy and motivation.
- Previous experience in a Business Development role is required.
- B2B Sales experience is essential.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, confident, and tenacious with high integrity.
- Financially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns.
- Demonstrate success in new business sales in a dynamic environment consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
**Salary Estimate:** €60,000 - €80,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
