The ChallengeWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead to join our team in Italy, focused on growing Unobravo in a fast and sustainable way. As part of our marketing growth strategy, you will lead the local marketing activities, consolidate the brand, and drive business growth.
Your RoleAs a Marketing Lead for Patients in Italy, you will support defining patients' marketing strategy for the Italian market, consistent with business objectives. You will develop and coordinate an integrated communication plan across multiple touchpoints, both internal and external. You will also coordinate local teams related to PR, Social Media, Partnership, and Influencer activities, ensuring country growth targets are reached.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar position, strong understanding of marketing channels, solid expertise in managing online branding, and analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
