**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Director to lead our commercial growth initiatives. As a key member of the Revvity team, you will be responsible for driving business development and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in complex sales and business development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline, generating leads through networking and marketing activities.
  • Costing and quoting work for potential clients, negotiating contracts and ensuring stakeholder consultation.
  • Maintaining client relationships to drive recurring revenue.
  • Leading our marketing strategy, including brand development, customer value proposition and promotional tools.
  • Assisting other workstreams to promote overall business success.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree in business, marketing or life sciences.
  • 5 years experience in complex sales in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical device or diagnostics industries.
  • Excellent communications skills and demonstrated success in winning significant contracts.
  • Prior experience of operational delivery and wider business experience is highly desirable.

Environmental Factors:

This role involves up to 50% travel to visit clients, attend conferences and visit trial sites or partner labs. Global travel will form part of this.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
