About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Category Development Manager to drive strategic growth in our Baby Food category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bring analysis, synthesis, and clarity to business vision on relevant topics to support strategic direction of the category.
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out analysis process to ensure proper volume forecast and market share planning.
  • Support team in preparing monthly business review internal meetings.
  • Lead Excellence retail execution process by ensuring target and execution of perfect store model, according to sell-out and Regional team plans.
  • Carry out specific category development and growth projects (shelf, extra display, customer excellence).
  • Support internal sales team in preparing customer plan and execution of assortment/distribution sales fundamentals.
Requirements:
  • Experience in category development, sales, commercial, or trade marketing role.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of key data platforms, IRI/Kantar, and/or retailer shopper insight platforms.
  • Highly numerate and strategic thinking with ability to analyze market, category, and financial data to identify key trends and recommend creative solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree ideal.
  • English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (power pivot, think cell).
  • Ability to simplify complex information in effective way and present to internal stakeholders.
