Category Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Category Development Manager to drive strategic growth in our Baby Food category.
Key Responsibilities:- Bring analysis, synthesis, and clarity to business vision on relevant topics to support strategic direction of the category.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out analysis process to ensure proper volume forecast and market share planning.
- Support team in preparing monthly business review internal meetings.
- Lead Excellence retail execution process by ensuring target and execution of perfect store model, according to sell-out and Regional team plans.
- Carry out specific category development and growth projects (shelf, extra display, customer excellence).
- Support internal sales team in preparing customer plan and execution of assortment/distribution sales fundamentals.
- Experience in category development, sales, commercial, or trade marketing role.
- Demonstrable knowledge of key data platforms, IRI/Kantar, and/or retailer shopper insight platforms.
- Highly numerate and strategic thinking with ability to analyze market, category, and financial data to identify key trends and recommend creative solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree ideal.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (power pivot, think cell).
- Ability to simplify complex information in effective way and present to internal stakeholders.
